SMART – Self-Management, Entrepreneurship & Individual Responsibility is an Erasmus+ project that provides a vocational education and training (VET) programme and interactive tools designed to equip VET teachers, trainers and mentors with skills and methods for remote learning.

The project focuses on innovative mentoring and support techniques based on non-formal education to address challenges associated with remote learning.

SMART also supports teachers, trainers and mentors in using digital and interactive materials and tools to create more engaging learning opportunities for current and former VET students.

In addition, the project focuses on developing the soft skills of current and former VET students through mentoring in remote learning environments.

SMART – Öz Yönetim, Girişimcilik ve Bireysel Sorumluluk, mesleki eğitim ve öğretim (VET) öğretmenlerine, eğitmenlerine ve mentörlerine uzaktan eğitim süreçlerinde kullanabilecekleri beceri ve yöntemler kazandırmak amacıyla bir mesleki eğitim programı ve etkileşimli araçlar sunan Erasmus+ projesidir.

Proje, uzaktan eğitimin beraberinde getirdiği zorlukları ele almak için yaygın eğitime dayalı yenilikçi mentörlük ve destekleme tekniklerine odaklanmaktadır.

SMART ayrıca öğretmenlerin, eğitmenlerin ve mentörlerin dijital ve etkileşimli materyaller ile araçları kullanarak mevcut ve eski mesleki eğitim öğrencileri için daha ilgi çekici öğrenme fırsatları oluşturmalarını desteklemektedir.

Bunun yanında proje, uzaktan eğitim ortamlarında mentörlük yoluyla mevcut ve eski mesleki eğitim öğrencilerinin sosyal ve kişisel becerilerinin (soft skills) geliştirilmesine odaklanmaktadır.
